The ZSHW butterfly valve is a rotary control valve featuring compact size, light weight, and a high rated flow coefficient. It is particularly suitable for large-diameter, high-flow applications, as well as control of thick slurries or boiler/kiln flue gas.

This series includes standard type, high-temperature type, and sealing type. Nominal pressure ratings are 0.1, 0.25, 0.6, 1.0, 1.6, and 2.5 MPa. The diameter range is from 500 mm to 1000 mm. Leakage classes are Class II and Class VI. The flow characteristic is approximately equal percentage.

When switching from pneumatic to manual operation using the side-mounted handwheel mechanism: pull out the positioning pin, lift the handle upwards to engage the worm gear with the worm shaft, push in the positioning pin, and then rotate the handwheel to change the flow area. To switch back from manual to pneumatic, reverse the handle movement.
