    The structure of non-metallic cable-integrated composite coiled tubing typically consists of three main layers: an outer protective layer, a reinforcement layer, and a functional inner layer. The use of composite materials in non-metallic cable-integrated composite coiled tubing gives it inherent advantages over traditional steel tubing. These materials possess excellent corrosion resistance and anti-friction properties, which are crucial in harsh downhole environments. Unlike steel, which is susceptible to corrosion from wellbore fluids and external conditions, composite materials offer superior chemical resistance, lower permeability, and can address issues such as wax deposition, scaling, and corrosion. Additionally, composite materials are lightweight, have a high strength-to-weight ratio, and exhibit better fatigue resistance compared to many metallic materials, contributing to extended service life and reduced maintenance needs. The downhole service life is 10 years, capable of withstanding over 50 cycles of repeated spooling and tripping operations.
